Word is that UP 1989 will be coming into West Colton on Sunday the 7th on the MNPWC 05.

As posted on TO this morningconcerning it's timetable and if it's leading...
"Not looking too good. Train is out in the middle of no where Wyoming, past Table Rock, WY to be exact. Unit is 3rd out of 4 behind UP 7776. I am told the train is set up with DP, if they are running 2x2 that puts 1989 on the rear. Not sure what's going on exactly up there but it seems some slow down has occurred west of Wamsutter, as it took this train roughly 5 hours to go about 20 miles. Same goes for the eastbound counterpart MWCNP w/ 1983 leading, has yet to pass Wamsutter but departed Rock Springs over 12 hours ago. Train made it about 10 miles before needing a recrew."
