Signs are up in the city of Placentia, starting January 30, at 1am, Kramer Blvd and Crowther streets will be closed indefinately. I assume for the grade seperation project.

Not indefinately, just long enough to construct the grade seperation. Placentia Avenue soon afterward = street traffic nightmare.

It's temporary (although the closure of the crossing itself is permanent), traffic detours will be State College, (Melrose .. OC Bridges isn't mentioning this one to keep traffic down through la Placita) Orangethorpe, and Tustin/Rose. The "recommended" route involves Alta Vista and Mira Loma - the latter of which is not a high capacity street.


TCS - it'll be fun to watch .... from a distance

That is going to make a pretty good climb going westbound if they are putting a Metrolink station stop at Placentia.
