41. And a going away shot of the M-BARWAT train.
42. A westbound in the night heads down hill on track 2, and if you look closeley to the left of the signal bridge, you will see Ken capturing an imagfe of this train as it goes by.
43. And the end of this train heads off into the night.
44. And for my final shot of this series, we see the hut lit up at night... And that brings an end to what for me was one of the best and most enjoyable day that I have ever had up in the pass. Thanks for viewing.

Yes.. he started up Thursday morning. Said the climb out of Devore was the toughest.

Thankfully Chris Parker saw him and picked him up for the remainder of the trip.Wink

Nope, this thread is not done yet... First, I have a few photos to share. I started the day off with this UP train.
A short while later, BNSF comes around the bend as it climbs up the hill.
The Bob classic, "What train?"
My shot of the parking lot. I think I took the photo too early because we hit our peak around 15 cars parked up there.
Matthew gets his photos of a UP train on the cutoff.
My one low angle shot of the day came from my adventure on the trail down below Hill 582.

I'll wrap up my small contribution to this thread with my last video I shot that day. It's the westbound Harbor Train descending Cajon pass.
