Word is that UP 1983 [WP Heritage] is scheduled to depart Guadalupe today and head northbound to Watsonville 1830 hrs [6:30 pm]. They were due to depart yesterday but SMV 1801 split a switch and derailed while en route to the UP yard with the two rail cars needed for training purposes.

UP 1983 is reported to be on the point of the MTUWC-09. Train has yet to depart Tucson according to UP trace. It was originally scheduled out of Tucson @ 11:00 with an arrival into West Colton @ 07:55 on 2/10.

It is not leading but it is heading to LATC right now. It should be back to the industry yard in 2 hrs.

Just found out that UP1983 is on ZLCLT, leaving LATC for Lathrop this afternoon at 2PM.

1983(not sure what kind of train she is on, a work train?) is currently at tehachapi, heading south to west Colton and after that, I'm not really sure.
