Metrolink Madness IV - June 7th

The Fullerton Foamer and Foto Society are holding their 4th Annual Metrolink Madness on June 7th.

This consist of riding the Metrolink south to San Clemente Station .. hanging for a few and then riding it north into LA Union, then back south to Fullerton Station where we dis-embark for the remainder of the evening at Cage 2 for normal Saturday Services at the station.

(Edit - Scheduled trip altered to take the train to San Clemente instead of laying over for an hour in Irvine. Remainder of the trip remains the same.. Chris)

Here is the planned trip details.

1:18PM Board train #656 at Fullerton


2:11 PM Arrive in San Clemente

... hang for a few minutes and enjoy the Sand and Surf

2:30 PM Board train #657 at San Clemente


4:08PM Arrive in Los Angeles

Remain on train and depart Los Angeles at 4:30PM as train #658


5:03PM Arrive at Fullerton

We ride in the Cabcar both ways and usually take over the upper level due to the size of our group.

Word is the Red Santa Hat Society will be joining us again this year.

San Clemente it is!

As you can see in the posted schedule that initiated this thread, we get an extra 23-24 minutes or so of train riding in each direction by venturing evenfurtherinto deepest, darkest South County.

Bob and I will definitely be there. Marissa might join us and narrate the San Bernardino Sub portion of the trip, but she's still uncommitted as of yet.
