Saw '88 on the sunset last night, around 6:15. It was fourth in consist, but no indication of whether it was an intermodal or a freight. It was sitting underneath the I215/I10 interchange.

UP1988 just left West Colton going up the Santa Fe and what looks like the Cajon Pass. Photos later. She was on point.

Gents .. these threads are for reporting tracking info. Please keep your post to this info only.

Example: Engine spotted at Colton 5:45 pm. Facing East.

I have disabled links because I continue to have to filter out video clips and side conversations. I realize that not everyone comes into the threads via the main page. If you had, you would see the rules for these unique tracking forums. I will quote it below.

Post should be made using the New Reply button. There is no need to quote somebody else if your reporting information.

Sidebar discussions ... such as "I saw it too" .. or "I was not able to catch it" etc. will be removed.

There are many reasons this is done.. First and foremost is that many people simply subscribe to this forum for tracking info, and have that info sent to them via email for quick by the tracks info via cell phone etc.

1988 is on the KG1LA and expecting to arrive into LA at 1AM on 3/10/12. I think it is on the rear DPU unit but not 100% sure.
