It was really mean of BN to sneak those yards into that residential area overnight. If this was a "no horn" zone, the protesters would still be trying to find the yard.

CARB ...screwing up California yet some more. I think it stands for the California a**@#le Resourse Board. Sure this group uses their guidelines and resources.
