Looking north up the old PE row towards the old Contractor's Wharehouse in Foolertoon. The crossing is Imperial Hwy.
On further review not as sure of my answer, but I am going to stick to it for right now... |

You are just at the end of the bike/horse/walking trail on the Border of La Habra and Fullerton. That uses the right-of-way from the Late Great Pacific Electric.
