The Central Coast Railway Club and the Pacific Locomotive Association present the Comstock Holiday With Steam, on Tuesday March 1 through Thursday March 3, 2011. This trip will run between Emeryville CA and Reno NV, and will include a special steam powered winter run on the Virginia & Truckee between Virginia City and Carson City.

Join us on this rare wintertime rail adventure featuring the private Snow Train to Reno, over one of the most scenic rail lines in America. Enjoy the snowy Sierra Nevada Mountains from the comfort of this classic all-reserved special train. Add to this a history-making trip on the fabled Virginia & Truckee Railway, plus great meals and shows in Reno, to make you a winner before the train leaves the station!

Fare to members of either the Central Coast Railway Club or the Pacific Locomotive Association for the complete tour, including lodging in Reno, is $389 per person, double occupancy, or $415 single. V&T Special train only - $95 per person (Lunch not included). Non-members add $20 to these fares.
