Scenario: The circus train to go back to Phoenix, interchange to BNSF, makes its way to the Transcon at Williams Junction, head to Barstow and then Mojave? or is it shorter and quicker to head to West Colton and then up to the Palmdale cutoff?

I heard the train departed at 11:29 Mountain Time...all I've known all day.

The train did actually run from Tucson to Phoenix this morning as the STUPX 04.

Yep, it was. The train was passing through Glendale around 2:30pm. The locomotives are the UP 4043, UP 4279 and the UP 5219
|

Train made it to Fresno, spent the day watching them shove the train every-which-way, caught the animal march down the streets of downtown, etc.
