(7/9/11) La Mirada Yard Power Assignment

Below, the switching power observed at BNSF's La Mirada Yard as of Saturday, July 9, 2011.

Three sets tied down on the fuel track...
Set 1 - BNSF 125 (Warbonnet GP60M), BNSF 141 (Warbonnet GP60M), BNSF 102 (Warbonnet GP60M)
Set 2 - BNSF 157 (H2 GP60M), BNSF 8704 (Blue & Yellow GP60)
Set 3 - BNSF 135 (Warbonnet GP60M), BNSF 123 (Warbonnet GP60M)

The extra unit, BNSF 102, is being used in conjunction with the latest conductor trainee class.

All three cabooses, BN 12568, ATSF 999795, and ATSF 999755 were tied down on the cement tracks.

A grafiiti covered Plasser-American track machine (PTS-62) was also parked against the bumper of one of the cement tracks.

I noticed the 8704 on Wednesday afternoon sitting at the LM yard and it came through Fullerton on the 5th LM that night around 23:00 hours.
