This is the best side, the other is missing most of it's lettering and the WB side of the highway doesn't have an arch.

It is really rather easy:
(1) Your in a car - see rear view mirror. (2) Your in former WP territory. (3) The bridge still says WP. (4) The bridge has those concrete spans and arches. Answer: On I-80 heading through Altimont Pass. Apparently TC can one up me because he can tell you which direction you are heading.
