Tie & switch rehab at Miller's Brewery

Seen today at Miller's (Santa Fe 2nd District, Pasadena Sub, SCAX San Gabriel Sub, Gold Line extension, call it what you will) in Irwindale was a pile of old ties just inside the gate onto the property, with a crew working on getting more out of the ground. Looked like the first switch was getting some upkeep. Didn't see the local, but then I haven't seen the local on Fridays for some weeks.
