IMO, I doubt this will get passed. All the sources of "abuse" come from animal activist groups so their findings are definately not unbiased.

I think he meant there's a shortage of tasty animals in the east, so they have to be imported. The can't be shipped out here from the east because they fall asleep when they're westing.
