Has anybody noticed ... (TV commercials) ?

I'm loving the new Mercedes-Benz commercial with "Santa's garage" full of M-B's best - filmed at LAUPT (my God ! The floor is beautiful when it's clean !).

In other RR related auto commercials, going back numerous years:
Pontiac Grand Prix during the ICTF underpass construction on Alameda. Nissan zooming under the Dominguez Jct. underpass (as well as the curves of west downtown LBC) and the PHL tug-'O war. Dodge Ram trucks at PHL's A-yard with a track gang.

Others ?

Well these aren't car commercials,but CSX and UP have their own commercials.

The weird thing is I've seen CSX commercials on TV several times here in San Diego, but I've never seen a UP commercial on TV down here! Anyone else totally confused by that?

Up commercials are very rare to see.
I've seen one at 6:10 some morning on Fox 11.Another was sometime one evening.
So I'm not surprised you haven't seen one.
CSX has some of their containers that are shipped out on BNSF,so it makes sense for them to advertise nationally.

Haven't seen it on TV yet, but in November of '09 I was shooting at the San Berdoo station and Chevy was there shooting a commercial. They had started around dawn in front of the south entrance to the waiting room. Things had not gone well and when I got there just after dark they had moved just east of the doors and put up a blue screen for a background. They wrapped about 8:00 and still had several trucks to load.

Dude, I keep seeing CSX commercials too lol. I guess the West Coast has opened up it's arms to CSX.

There's a CSX sign at City of Indusrty yard (or was, haven't been by there lately). You'll also find their presence in ... Alaska.

Add: GMC trucks - Santa Fe near the south end of the Red line shops/ Santa Fe Coca Cola lead.

Hey,I know this is a bit old,but I've noticed Jaguar came out with a commercial out by the harbor.
I'm not that familiar with the area,so I couldn't tell you where excactly.

You can see the power plant and lift bridge, it's that flat area east of th T.I. freeway (opposite of Badger Bridge) on the Island. The warehouse scenes I do not know.
