The festivities have started! There's a total of 6 of us here and counting at pilgrimage hill, so come and join the fun! The weather and light are great!

Would have been a GREAT day to be up there. Hope you all got some great shots. Maybe next year I won't have to work the Saturday after Thanksgiving and I can make it to my second 'official' WCRF outing!

A morning view looking northwest at Pine Lodge.
Watching an eastbound climb Sullivan's Curve. Some serious foaming going on. A visit from BNSF security. And apparently, the "no tripods in the Nat'l Forest" rule was not being enforced that weekend.

Nice rock cloning in that first image... shrunk your shadow down. That is still Ken's grade crossing.

What's the ID of that BNSF Eastbound with the Hanjin containers?

Nice images. I had to leave early due to family obligations. Here is one image I posted at my flickr stream of the pass as the sun begins to light the mountains.
