ATSF 999795 Under the Commerce Shed
Tucked under the track shed at the RIP (Repair In Place) Facility behind BNSF's Commerce Diesel Service. ATSF 999795, one of three cabooses routinely stationed at BNSF's La Mirada Yard. The caboose is undergoing new air brake work, and a few mechanical and defect repairs.

RE: ATSF 999795 Under the Commerce Shed
So that is why 999795 has not been down the Kimberly lead lately.
They have been using an old BN caboose instead. AKA El Roco Photography Want to see my Avatar full size? |

If the graffiti was removed it wouldn't be long before it was covered again. You get bonus points for tagging cabooses.

RE: ATSF 999795 Under the Commerce Shed
Unfortunately that is true.
SP Would like to see this be a shiny and clean SF Van but Big Nothing Small Fix will never make it look that sharp. |

RE: ATSF 999795 Under the Commerce Shed
I wouldn't mind volunteering a day to clean the graffiti though the chemicals may strip some of the original paint.
It wasn't me. |

RE: ATSF 999795 Under the Commerce Shed
Was this the caboose which was involved in that mishap with the 1st LM a while back?
