What? It's not the Inspection Train I Got, What was this?

Two different trains - northbound was officer special, southbound that you caught was actually testing repairs.

I know a bit off topic, but why is the EC-4 being pulled by a locomotive? That is a self propelled car? Did it break down, or is it a new union agreement that they can't run them self propelled like the FRA car?

Ec4 is something i really want to see it again and now my dream is over. Very sad. I really loved the horn on ec4.

I didn't mean that to have a ?, it was a statement. The EC-4 and EC-5 cars are designed to be Self Propelled. They can operate from either side of the car, but the A side has more room/desks for the employees to sit and look out at the track.

Not sure why it was being pulled by a locomotive, that's a new one for me.
