Any New Branch Lines?

After seeing many threads about abandoned/unused branch lines and seeing abandoned/unused lines and spurs while railfanning I'm wondering if there have been any brand new branch lines built within the last decade or so. I'm not so interested in reactivation of old lines or spurs but brand new ones built in the last several years.

Yes, two that I know of:
1) a whole railyard was built in Anaheim, right next the SA Recycling facility.
2) BNSF's Logistics facility in Fontana, right near the Auto Club Speedway (aka Califronia Speedway).

What about the Tongue River Branch in Montana? BNSF is adding 33 miles of new track to serve a coal mine.
