UP1995 and a Ferromex Duo Yesterday
I made a stop at Pepper Ave. in Colton yesterday morning, while out and about and happened to run into the 1995 on it's way East on a stacker. Not bad. ;D

First up: just as I pulled in, the LOQ32 "Kaiser Hauler" was running around the balloon track on its short run to Kaiser yard.

A few minutes later, the UP1995 heads East on the IGSDVX (new train?..never heard of it).

A little later I over heard on the radio an FXE unit coming in on an Auto train off the Yuma Sub. I got set up on the hill out by Grand Terrace, about a mile south (RR West) of the Colton diamonds. While the FXE crew changed at 9th street, this BNSF stack train came by.

And following closely behind, a nice and clean FXE4035 leading the A-AMMLX off the Yuma Sub and onto BNSF tracks. They looked sweet rolling by. :D

That's all, thanks for looking,

Is there a recognizable number on that DASH 9 in front of '95?

Could be the same one that was in front of it last week, EX SP engine. Come to think of it, that's the SD70ACe that led 95' last week as well.

Sweet! I saw those same Ferromex units last week in San Timoteo going the other way. This must be the return run.

They probably knew where you were and decided not to go.
