Nice. Those used to be around Colton, back in 2009 and 2010. I actually have a video of one.

So is it Whittier or is unincorporated ? It cannot be both.

TCS - ui would make it LA County (not waiting for the incorrect answer)

Whittier is incorporated but not in that area. The Sheriff's refer to it as Unincorporated Whitter.

SP-LA County

RE: PRLX PR30C on CAT Spur in Industry CA
It's City of Industry. There's no such thing as an unincorporated part of a city, it either is city or county.

TCS - yeah, we know you dated a guy who knew a sargent who's mom was named Betsy etc ...

Ya its kinda weird when I go to look up on google maps for Rio Hondo College which is kinda close to where the picture was taken it shows that its in Whittier even though its technically its just LA County. The picture was taken near Rose Hills Drive and on the other side of the tracks there its the City of Pico Rivera. Now further up at the Mission Mill Road Grade crossing the tracks are in City of Industry as you stated above.

SP-Weird though the border lines can be.

Tcs,it is referred to as Unicorperated Whittier.
Go to the Norwalk courthouse and it'll say Los Angeles County Sherrif,
Serving Norwalk,La Mirada,and Unicorperated Whittier.

Back to topic,nice catch!
