Blocking a RR X-ing.

While i was on my Way to the Bob Hope Airport Station. I Came across the Lathrop Blocking the Crossing while waiting in the Siding at CP Sheldon.

I'd say "Wow!! that's never happened before" but I wouldn't want to be accused of trying to be mocking.

He's making a reference to a post made months ago that should've remained dead and buried. Apparently, he doesn't know how to move on.
